Move to a comfortable beachside hotel and take an Indonesian cooking class. The final nights are spent at a luxury Balinese-style hotel with beachfront access and beautiful gardens.

How the week works
You swim most mornings.
Sessions are coached, not rushed.
Each swim has a purpose:
-
Body position and balance in salt water
-
Breathing under stress
-
Sighting without panic
-
Stroke rhythm for long swims
-
Managing fatigue in open water
Afternoons are lighter:
-
Island-to-island swims at your pace
-
Snorkelling and recovery
-
Optional yoga or massage
-
Time to rest and reset
This is not a bootcamp.
It is structured, calm, and deliberate.

Why should you join?
Most people swim their whole lives and never feel this. Warm, clear water. Coral below you. Space to breathe. Time to move.
You don’t get this level of coaching in the ocean very often. Small group. Direct access. Real correction while you swim.
Step away from noise, work, and routine. A week built around you, your swimming, and your headspace.
Places are limited.
Once it’s full, it’s gone.
The people who come won’t just remember the trip — they’ll swim differently forever.
Miss it, and you’re back in the pool wondering what could’ve changed.
